Hi everyone, I have a problem that I hope you can help me with.
I am trying to reset my HP Mini 110-3530nr to its factory settings. The problem is I don't have the bootable usb with the recovery information nor I have the recovery partition visible anywhere.
I downloaded Active Partition Recovery and fortunately revealed that both the HP Tools and the Recovery partition were still there and in good condition (see pic attached). The new problem is that went I try to recover them it says "Found volume is overlapped with existing volume Local Disk C:"
How can I undo this so I can use that partition to create the recovery usb?
Any help on this matter will be greatly appreciated as I am running out of ideas alimageready and I am afraid I will mess up. I am really not familiar with thhis kind of procedures. Thanks in advance.
