Hai.. 2 months back i purchaced DELL INSPIRON 3521-WIN8(without touch) laptop.that time everything was fine,after that by mistake Bluetooth got turned off .i tried all the ways to turn on but i can't ? in windows smart screen the blue tooth mode still turned off. if try to turn on its showing like WINDOWS CAN'T ENABLE THIS DEVICE. i did all troubleshoot & diagnose but i can't able to fix....pls give me some useful suggestion to fix this problem.
