These Settings Ok?

Hey,
Could somebody tell me if the settings in the attached screenshots are ok? Using a h110 water cooler. This is what Asus Autotune set the system to. CPU seems very cool, rarely hits 60 something degrees. Noticed if put to 4.8 GHZ crashes, but is still cool, so is that a voltage issue?

Yes. Up your Vcore to 1.200 v.

Wouldn't that be a change down in the Voltage. CPUVCORE is 1.350 currently, is that too high?

I was going by the reading in the lower part of the upper screen shot which says "Vcore 1.132 v." which is low, but 1.350 would be a high reading.
