I have a couple computers in my house that serve different functions:
1) Desktop for gaming and general use
2) Laptop used primarily by my wife for work
3) Desktop for Movies/streaming to the TV -- will be turning it into a HTPC.
I also have a NAS plugged into the network where we store all our videos and pictures.

Right now we have multiple logins for each machine (Me, Wife, Guest, Admin) and we have to manage the passwords independently. I'd like to have the computers/network be configured so I, with my account, can log into any of the computers with the same user name and password.

Right now we're all running Windows 7 Home Premium. Which OS will I need to upgrade to, and how should I configure my current resources to handle Single Sign-on?

Thanks in advance.
