Is there a way to DOWNGRADE from 8.1 to 8?

The only way to do this is to reformat your drive and re-install windows 8. Or if you have a recovery sector or drive, you can use those to "reset" your system back to the state it was in when those recovery images were created.

was hoping for a better method rather then re formating everything.
I want to downgrade to, I have serious issues with bluetooth since I have windows 8.1. Computer and cellphone are both from samsung, PC finds my cellphone signal, but does not want to connect to it. Tried other bluetooth devices, all have the same problem, so I am kind of sure it is a problem in the windows 8.1 software
