Is my PC setup going to be able to Run BF4 on Ultra and Record?

Hey, I was wondering if my new PC setup will be able to:
-Livestream
-Record and edit
-Play games like BF4 and CS:GO on ULTRA

A question, can I have 2 HDDs on my setup or 1hdd and a ssd?

Probably will be! Have you built it yet though? Because an AMD GPU will be much, much better for BF4 due to Mantle.

I would certainly get an AMD GPU then. The Raeon 7970/280x is $270 and performs almost as good as the GTX 770. The $500 radeon R9-290 is coming out in a couple weeks and will be a bit better than the GTX 780. The reason I'm pointing to AMD is that mantle will allow optimized games (BF4) direct access to the GPU. AMD claims that Manle will let AMD GPUs process data up to 9 times faster.

So , should I just wait it out and play with my gtx660ti 3gb or buy 7970/280x??

The 660Ti is a good card yet. If all you will play is BF4, then the AMD card will be a nice upgrade. If not, wait it out or SLI another 660Ti.
