PC not booting up (motherboard dead?)

I am currently building a PC .all components I am using are brand new . When I try to boot up the machine the fans spool up and spin however there no beeps or anything displaying on my monitor . I have tried

-changing PSU
-swapping RAM sticks
-resetting CMOS
-unconnecting and connecting it all again

Am starting to think it could be a faulty motherboard but not 100% sure

Any recommendations ?

AMD Athlon X4 760 K

VTX Radeon 7850 x-edition

FM2-A75MA-P33 motherboard

8 GB (2x4gb ) corsair performance ram .

500 GB Western digital hard drive

Is the board manufactured after May 2013?

Is there a case speaker connected to the motherboard?
If yes, try starting the board with only CPU and CPU fan installed. See if getting the beeps.
Check also if the CPU fan spinning.

Now insert single RAM stick and test again. 5 beeps.
If yes, install the graphics card (PCIe power cables), connect the monitor to the DVI or VGA, connect the DVD drive, keyboard. mouse and test again.

The ram sticks am using were bought on separate occasions , I have tried different combinations but no luck . I have no other ram unless it means sending them back

Try clearing the CMOS (unplug the power cord and remove the CMOS battery for few minutes). Is the board outsid the case?

I am being sent a replacement motherboard to try eliminate it being the culprit

Update: new motherboard arrived today but same result . Could it be the CPU or ram ?

Can you test a different graphics card (borrow one from a friend)?

Sorry for the Lack of replies . After testing all the different components , the problem was a faulty gpu so I bought a new one this week and everything is now working . Thanks guys for your help
