Whenever I enable GPU Scaling or use the slider to scale my desktop, the screen will take certain horizontal segments and stretch them to various lengths. Also, when my desktop is not scaled, there are random flickerings that occur, mostly over text. My PC was working fine yesterday, took it to a LAN, worked fine, brought it home and now it's trashed. I had a sneaking suspicion it was my GPU, so I went out and bought a 7950 (I had a 5870) and it still gave me the same problem. I've tried switching out my HDMI cable as well, no luck. I'm thinking it could be the monitor, could be the mobo. I'll post some specs and let you guys do your work. If you need any further information, feel free to ask.

CPU: AMD 1090T
RAM: 4 2GB DDR3 1666 or 2k, I can't remember
GPU: ATI 7950
PSU: 650 Watt
SSD: Kingston 128GB
HDD: 1TB WD
OPTICAL: Something shitty
MOBO: Gigabyte 880 series (Sorry I don't know the exact one, however if you absolutely need the info, I'm sure I can get it.
