Is A Radeon HD 7770 Good For This Resolution?

Can i Run a Radeon HD 7770 on a 1280x1024 resolution, atleast medium to high settings with 40+ FPS on high end games like battlefield 3, Far cry 3 or DayZ

1280*1024 = 1310720 pixels
1080p = 2073600 pixels or 60% bigger

considering i'm gaming in 1080p with my 7770 at 60fps in pretty much every game in interested in i'd say it's more then capable at gaming at 70% the resolution.

Of course i have only played one of those 3 games, I can game with FC3 in 1080p on my 7770, not on high obviously, but medium hits 60fps just fine. You should be fine.

also understand that dayz at least is CPU bound... as is multiplayed for bf3. So you will be partially limited by your cpu as well.

Thank you man, i was aiming to play all my games on medium settings anyways as high-ultra only makes a slight difference in most games in visualization. Also the CPU i am going for is AMD Fx 6300 Black Edition 6 Cores, is that alright for Dayz and BF3 Multiplayer?
