Hi! i Overclocked my cpu up to 3.4GHz, i disabled "AMD Cool N'Quiet" and raised the FSB up to 252, i didn't touch the wattage. I ran prime 95 for 3 hours and it didnt crash, so i started playing my games...

Playing Battlefield 3 on max Resolution, ULTRA on a 32" HD tv/monitor, the "EVGA Precision" Tool told me that the GPU USAGE WAS on 100%-102%... is this bad?? is something wrong with the OC? please help... I loaded "Default Settings" in the Bios and now im back to 2.7Ghz while someone helps me... thanks!!

Change the CPU back to 3.4ghz, that seems to be stable, but you have a pretty severe bottleneck there. That just means that your processor is really pretty awful in comparison to your video card, so both are probably overworked. You can fix that with a new processor that is a bit closer to your video card in quality.
