In some games such as hl2, lol, etc. I get extremely low fps and even have to lower the settings and resolution while in other games such as bf4 and civ 5 I still get normal fps on the same settings.
For the basics I have a i5 2500k and a 7770.
I checked up on msi afterburner and on some games I have %100 gpu usage and I am just getting extremely low fps.
The only change that I did was that I installed the 13.9 amd gpu driver for bf4, what the heck is going on my system, and how do I fix this.

Solution
The 13.9 Drivers must be the CULPRIT.

1. try uninstalling using REVO UNISTALLER http://www.revouninstaller.com/ [it performs a clean unisntall including registry] and re-installing both Minecraft and LOL. Minecraft runs fine on my laptop with Intel HD3000 :p

2.If the problem still persists , then the 13.9 drivers is the sure CULPRIT. Try to roll back to previous drivers and then try :)

Good Luck .

There is possibly another problem I installed a fxaa injector to my computer. Is that the problem?

Disable it and see if it makes a difference. I'm not familiar with that tool. But if it adds greater AA, it will eat frame rate.
