A friend of mine gave me an old computer that was "broken". It's been running fine for the last couple of months, but I have no idea what the specs are for the power supply because all of the stickers were completely removed. Does anyone have any ideas?

It's about 5-6 years old.
Surprisingly good computer even though it's that old.
Made by velocity micro.

Thanks in advance to anyone who responds.

Go to Velocity Micro's web site and research their legacy model, or search for the manual for you model then hunt down the information. They have always used reliable quality PSU's. You might even try calling their support line if it isn't an expensive long distant call.
Does the PC itself have a model number or designation on it anywhere?
