I updated to windows 8.1 and now toshiba video player has no picture. how do I fix this?

Solution
Try running it in compatibility mode. (Right click it-Properties, Compatibility, Check run this program in compatibility mode-choose windows 8 or earlier). If this does not fix it, you may have to wait for an update from Toshiba.
However, I recommend VLC
