How to separate tracks copied to 1 track

I have a CD that was copied waaaaay back in 1998. The fella who copied it burned all the tracks on the CD onto 1 track on a new CD. Is there any way I can separate those tracks to burn a totally new CD? I don't need every single song so would like to be able to pick the ones I want and put them on a new CD in separate tracks like they should have been done to begin with. Any help you can give would be appreciated.

I've used it many, many times when copying an LP to digital. Record the whole thing, split into individual tracks as needed.
Takes time, but it works.
