Optimizing System with Two HDDs

I'm thinking that for my second build, I'm going to use two HDDs; one for the OS and another for everything else.

I looked into this, and saw something about setting the paging file to the non-OS drive, or even setting both HDDs with a paging file. Would this be best?

What do you recommend I should do to optimize a system utilizing two HDDs?

Solution
Never notice a huge difference moving the page file to another drive, but this is what I've always done with two hard drives:

Smaller drive: OS and programs
Bigger drive: Data

I also agree with Hugo. An SSD is the best choice these days for the OS.

I would recommend a SSD for windows and it's page file, (256gb is recommended)
then put all your large documents / files on a large normal HDD (1 or 2tb)

Install a couple of your favourite games on the SSD and leave the rest on the normal HDD.
