There is two processes running one using 0% CPU usage and another using 90% to 99% CPU usage. The process I have two of when I end one of the processes it goes back to normal. The process is chaos.exe*32 (The start up process). My fans max out as soon as the process does.

Solution
Do you remember the last thing you did before you started seeing this issue? I'm looking up "chaos.exe" on google and it's coming up as a piece of malware.

If malwayrebytes didn't fix it there are other security scanners that might. The most powerful I'm aware of is combofix

http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/download/combofix/

Run the tool, and let it do it's thing. It will show a bunch of stuff on a console and eventually reboot the PC automatically.

I don't have a anti-virus right now. Anything else to remove if it is malware?

I tried Avast actually was the one I heard decent about for malware. I tried installing it and it blue screened my computer twice one at installation and again at starting windows screen. I'll try Malwarebytes though. Thank you.

*AFTER SCAN*
Here is what I got after scan using malwarebytes. Screen shots as well if it helps you understand. I'm no very little about software which is pretty much nothing. I'm more hardware. Should I use remove on all the malicious software found? Anything I can do to fix this before the Oct. 24th would be great.

Nothing quite different then usual I don't download anything while I have no anti-virus.I know of I did get 20 window updates and then this happened out of the blue when I turned my PC on the next morning. I'll try them to see if it fixes it.
Do you think it could be windows? I have raid 0 of 500GB HDDs. When I boot my computer My 0 disk says "error occurred". I don't if it started happening then or not. I'm pretty sure it was a few weeks after that though.
Should I uninstall the anti-virus "malwarebytes" as well as again the others after trying one by one?

It is safe to keep Malwarebytes installed. This doesn't seem to be related to a RAID issue and Windows updates can cause problems, though not like this one. What I'm seeing online indicates that chaos.exe is related to malware. This issue is quite consistent with the behavior of malware also so it's probably just a matter of finding the right program to kill whatever infection you have.

Malwarebytes is a good program but no antivirus is perfect.

Yeah comboFix seems like it killed it possibly to what it was deleting from my end. Startup/chaos.exe was deleted which was the process causing the problem.

*EDIT*
IT FIXED IT! ComboFix and you are god like! Thank you so much for all you're help with my issue! It's back to normal fan and CPU are running so quite and using little to no percent. Thank you again! Arkham Origins here I come! lol. Again Thank you.
