Please help, look at my problem. pic here:

System specs,
Samsung 840 120gb SSD
500gb caviar blue HDD
intel i5 3570k (ivy bridge)
gtx 650 ti boost Sc
MSI z77 mobo
8gb Corsairs Vengeance ram
corsairs 430w plus bronze psu
windows is on my sdd along with a few other programs, everything else is on HDD. I updated to windows 8.1 and now when i go to play a game i get a message on the bottom right corner that says either game is fair good or normal, than it says press alt tab insert to remove mesg. and it also gives me setting . The screen is tinted and most games show blurry like its 3D and i need glasses or something this is weird and this is the 1st time this has happened to me i am guessing its due to windows 8.1 update. please help
