High memory utilsation bcoz of internal graphics

Hi I bought a samsung laptop recently which has Intel HD 4000 and a geforce 650m 2GB card.I installed the nvidia drivers but whenever I run dxdiag it shows the display as Intel HD and moreover my memory utilisation is always 90% and I have nothing running basically.I suspect that the internal graphic card is using up the memory .How do I resolve this problem.Please find the screenshot,

I tried doing that in Bios but there is no option to reduce the memory for intel HD.I also uninstalled intel HD graphics driver but to no use.
