HDD Question Help!!

I want to build a PC and have an old 500 gig HDD with all my old games and music and pretty much everything from my last pc on it (windows, everything). Will i have to re install everything because its the old hard drive but with new parts or will it just boot up normally?

Most likely not. When you first install Windows or any operating system for the most part, there are specific drivers used in the installation. If you have installed new parts it will most likely not boot up but instead give you some sort of error.
