Im trying to create a green / less power consumption energy profile for the less demanding tasks.

using:
(win7>ctrl panel>system & security > power options > change plan settings) on AMD richland

question:
whats the difference between the two combinations:

combination 1:
only 1 core is activated and at full mhz

combination 2:
all 4cores are active but speed were set to minimal (min 0-max 2%)

Green power option is by windows, depending how much power you want your entire computer to consume, rather moderate, power saving, or performance. Amd cool nquiet is essentially for overclocking so that when your CPU is doing less intensive CPU task it lowers the mhzon cpu
