Q9600 + gtx650tiBOOST BOTTLENECK?

Hello!
I would like to know if I'm bottlenecked - this is my specs:
Q9600 OC to 3.2ghz
4GB ram 667mhz
Topower 600wat
5hdd drives (raid)
And my mboard is PCIe 2.0 (gpu is 3.0)

My GPU as I said is GTX650TiBOOST 2G

No. But I suggest getting another 4 GB of ram if you have a 64 bit OS. If you had like a GTX 770 - Titan than yes prob would be. You can prob even get away with a GTX 660 ti.
