Buy the g skill ripjaws x 1600. But your CPU can support up to 1866Mhz ram, if you find one cheaper than 1600MHz, why not get the 1866MHz, right?

i bought the g skill ripjaws x 1600 (4gb*2) but it wasn't working. Do i need to change the BIOS setting or is it something else?

What do you mean don't work? You mean the PC don't boot? Well we need more details.

They should work.

If they don't work then ram isn't your issue.

Hard reset BIOS, then test each one to see if they can work.

The memory is above standard, so you will need to manually change settings in BIOS for optimal performance and perfect stability.

Thank you
