hi
ill like to know what is the difference between AMD CPU black edition and non black edition?

i am planning to get a fx 8320 but then i saw a fx 8320 black edition.

so what is the difference in the two CPU's?

Solution
All new FX-processors should have an unlocked multiplier, so the text Black Edition is only a marketing trick from the former AMD processor generations.
One has a locked multiplier..... and the other one doesn't.
Meaning, if you're one of the guys who loves to push stuff beyond normal limits the BE is what you need (OCing) and if you're the kind of guy who likes everything smooth and fine just as the company wanted you to have it then, the Non BE is fine for you.
To be able to use a BE processor you had better get into the habit of reading before you open the Box and it gets pretty technical after the unscrewing of the cabinet...
