CPU Cooling & Case fan

Hello, i would like to replace my CPU cooler and a case fan, i'm using a i5 3570 with stock cooling, and i have no interest in overclocking, which is why i got the regular, not the k, anyway the reason i wanna replace it is because it's stupidly loud, the same goes for the case exhaust fan at the rear of the case.

My system:
CM 430 elite
ASRock z77 Extreme4
Intel i5 3570 @ 3,4 GhZ
MSI GTX 760 Hawk OC @ 1254 MhZ
HyperX Beast 2133 mhz 2x4gb
Corsair GS600
Kingston v+200 240gb SSD

Could anyone recommend a CPU cooling solution that is very quiet.
The socket is of course 1155

The Shadow Rock would be enough for your needs IF you want to spend the money on it.

As for the case fans: I´d probably advice on getting the Silent Wings 2 over the Shadow Wings. Only slightly more expensive (at least over here) but to me they always seem to be of slightly better quality.

As for the CPU cooler: Most people on here praise the Hyper Evo 212. Not sure how quiet it is but it is the best bang for the budget. Especially if you don´t plan on overclocking.
If you don´t like that one, you might want to have a look at pretty any CPU cooler from Noctua and BeQuiet. More expensive but really quiet.

As for case fans, almost the same advice: Check out fans from Noctua, BeQuiet and Corsair.

If you can fit 140mm exhaust fan, they are usually much quieter. I can recommend the silent Fractal Design ones.

The Noctua NH-L12 is one of the quietest CPU fans, but isnt cheap. Also the CM Hyper 212 evo is also quite quiet, and very well priced. You can also set you CPU fan profile to silent in your bios, using the 212 evo, and you will still keep the temps fine as you arent overclocking.
