I have a question for the esteemed members of Tom's Hardware forum.

I own a Macbook Pro Retina 13" with a 3 GHz Intel Core i7 processor, 8 GB 1600 MHz DDR3 memory, and an Intel HD 4000 768 MB graphics card. Also, the display is 2560 x 1600. My question is this: at what Logical Increments (logicalincrements.com) tier will I start getting significantly better performance in gaming than my current system? I would really appreciate your help as I am a complete novice when it comes to building PCs, hardware, etc. Thanks in advance!

Its hard to tell bases on thier lists, as they dont help that much, but really any entry level pc would beat that. The graphics in that are poor for gaming. Just about any physical card over 100 bucks or even lower beat it by far. If you want to game, build your own desktop. Mac laptops arent gaming, at all.
