How should I set my fans up?

Im getting a corsair Obsidian 750D and the 2 front fans are stock intake....so that being said, would i make the top 2 Outtakes? Like the front brings in Cold air, Makes stuff cool, heats up, rises to the fans and the 2 Corsair AF120 Quite Edition high performance fans suck out the case...correct? Also, How do i make the top fans outtake? Like i know you flip it over one side but which side?

This is a great card, the aftermarket cooler will exhaust hot air inside the case. It would be great if your case had an outtake fan on the side.
Anyway for one card it will be ok, but if you add another you will face a real cooling problem.

Oh my God that kitten IS SO CUTE XD Yeah but i am going to have 2 fans on the top, those sucking out, and the 2 in the front of the case will be sucking in. And one 140 at the back which i will make blowing IN...or out? Which one for the back?

Ya a cute cat :D
Keep in mind that gpu fan will blow hot air DOWNWARD, that's where the side fan comes in handy.
If you didn't order the casr yet, and planning on a xfire in the future, then consider changing the case, or go for water cooling.

And ya the back fan is better be an outtake.

The GPU will not blow down. It blows air against the card.

Yeah bashar i am going to WC with an H100i LATER though..and tiny voices, is that true? Is 2 FANS ABOVE, 2 INFRONT AND ONE IN THE BACK enough? Bashar, I dont really need Xfire or SLI...I just like 1 beast of a GPU.

Yes it will be MORE than enough. Even the highest end computers only need 3 fans total. (top, front, rear)

The point is to circulate air through the case, not blow it like crazy everywhere. In many cases less fans actually cool BETTER.

I have an Matx case with 2 gtx560s in SLI (HOT cards) and they have no issue staying cool at all.

Side fans are needed if you got gpus with aftermarket fans, these fans blow hot air downward.
As for affecting the general air flow, this depends on your case, always experiment with your setup and find what suits you better.

No, they blow air against the card. NOT downward. Simply look at the blades on the fan of the card OP is getting. They obviously blow air into the heatsink.

Ok both of you guys xD You are so helpful! :D Both! So with a corsair OBSIDIAN 750D...With 1 gpu which you both know what it is...If it blows hot air down, heat will rise...then it will go through the 2 AF120s i will have above then it will leave the case. But im concerned about ONE THING..Na, 2 things.. I want a good cycle so the front is intake, cools down, heats, rises and out the top...and the back is outtake too....but is that enough for the 2 fronts to be intake and the other 3 to be outtake? And when i get the H100i...would i have like 2 fans above it SUCKING OUT or w fans below it SUCKINg in..or whatever

Kinda missed expressing self there, the idea is getting rid of the hot air near the card, better than letting it go up towards the cpu or rams. Trying it is better since it differs depending on your case and parts.

both of you guys are against eachother :/ It confuses me....Look...I only have a limit of buying 2 fans and those will be at the top....Is it ok if i just make the 2 front ones intake, top ones outtake, back outtake...thats all....will my GPU over heat?

if you are planning to get a WC with a radiator of two fans (2x 120mm or something) then this will present an issue because the radiator will take up the two fan slots on the top, so if you set the radiator fans to exhaust air out of the case then this means that the radiator will get its air from the inside of the case, which is a hot air. OTOH if you set the radiator fans to blow into the case then you will basically blow hot air inside the case.

so if i can make a suggestion, get a closed WC loop with a radiator that have ONE fan (120mm), and install this radiator in the top-front slot so that it blows air inside the case, and you still have the front-rear fan and the rear fan to take the hot air outside the case. this is just my personal suggestion, some one else might come with a better solution.

Lol yes it is :) What if i put a total of 4 fans On the radiator? 2 of the stock ones that come with the H100i ABOVE, and of the corsair ones that go below but attached to the radiator? ALL 120's. Sounds good?

the rediator of the H100i can hold 2x 120mm fans only.
are you planning on a custom WC loop?

No.. talking about the H100i not a custom loop. So which fans do i use? The corsair AF120's i will get or the ones that come with the h100i?

am still thinking that the H100i will cause you cooling problems, since it will take over the both top fan slots. just my personal opinion.

Thats fine because i will have 2 AF120's Fans and i can put those....like on by a drive bay BLOWING in.....eh. I dont....Cant i just put 2 af120s BELOW The radiator SUCKING OUT? Or will that make the water hot ?
