To make it short. Yes. It's a great graphics card for a decent cost. Since your monitor is somewhere at 720p, I'd suggest cheaper alternatives like the HD7750 or HD7770. They'll be enough for that resolution. If you're willing to spend a little more, go for the HD7850. Better than the 650ti Boost

But if you do want to have the best gaming experience (ASSUMING you'll be doing gaming) I suggest upgrading your monitor to a 23-24 inch one (1920x1080) and get a gtx670 or HD7950. If you're not doing gaming, disregard everything I said.
