Well,seeing that your board supports memory upto 1333MHz(O.C),I guess it may not work fine,the Vengeance.
But that's only a chance that you'll face problems.When you put that RAM on your board,the RAM should downclock by itself to alower,motherboard capable frequency..Like the 1333 or 1066...So,you maynot experience problems...Anyway,give it a try,and if you experience problems,get it exchanged for some low frequency RAM.But you should be fine I think...

okay thank you very much for you're reply i will give it a go my main concern was that some folk were saying that it wasn't compatible with an AMD motherboard but only time shall tell how it goes
