I already have one ssd set up as a boot drive and has the operating system on it. I put another ssd in the computer and it doesn't show up. The bios sees it but win7 doesn't.

Solution
You have to format it.
Click start and run diskmgmt.msc - disk management window will show up.

Locate your new SSD on the list of drives. File System will probably be listed as RAW. Right click on it, choose format. Give it a label, choose ntfs filesystem, default allocation unit, check quick format. Click format, wait a moment and it should show up in my computer.
