OK so, I've got myself a Cosmos II and I still need to order my water cooling system stuff. I need to cool a superclocked i5 4670k @ 4.6~4.8 ghz and 1 r9 280x and 1 hd 7970 ghz in Xfire (both overclocked to the limit)

So here's what I was thinking:

XSPC Raystorm CPU waterblock

RX360 (VGA cards)

RX240 (CPU)

Swiftech MCP655 1/2 barbs

Is this a good setup? What tubing would fit 1/2 barbs?

Solution
I think your in a loose loose situation with the case and rads. you can buy your watercooling parts and try and see if they will fit, modify the case to fit them in there, or buy a new case that will fit them in there.
the min of rad surface area you need for the setup is 480, 240mm for cpu and then 120 for each part added after. since your doing 2 gpus an extra 240mm rad would do. you doing a little over so that is fine.

For tubing since your going with 1/2" barbs I would run 1/2" I.D. 3/4" O.D tygon-E-3603 tubing. the 1/8 inch wall will help with bending the tubing and not kinking. Get 10ft of it....yes its expensive but it very good, Since its your first loop its nice to have some extra. I always find myself cutting a run and then a few min later not liking how it flows in the case and recutting a new line.

For all my setups I run 3603 3/8 I.D. 5/8 O.D. and DONT FORGET TO GET CLAMPS.

How about 7/16 OD, It's really cheap where I live, would this size leak?

As long as the tubing has a 1/2" I.D. it doesn't really matter what the O.D. is, the thicker the wall the less chance of kinking the tubing.

I don't own the Cosmos II case. it looks like the 360 rad can mount to the top of the case but not sure where the 240 mount.

Cosmos II is not good, I don't think maximus vi formula+rx360 will fit at the top?
