PC : AMD FX 8350

Is that System Cabinet OK ? Will it fit my all componenets ?

It should be able to.

By the way If you are looking to build a gaming pc I would suggest you downgrade your CPU to an fx 6300 so that u can save money and get a better GPU like a 7850 or 7870. Games are mainly focuse on the Graphics card not the CPU. Just trying to help.
And if u want a fx 8350 I reccomend a 650 watt Power supply

Well, Actually this is not a gaming PC.It's for small gaming and will be mainly focused upon C++, Java Programming and CAD Work.
Games : RW3 & FSX @ Med Preset @ 1024x768 Res.

Most console games play on low Graphics. Its like playing on lowest settings on PC. Games like bf3 on the consoles only have 32 player servers. PC has upto 64. The games are a little more customized to play on partircular consoles as well.
