Paint on PC radiator fins removed

I have a PC radiator that fell and now some of the fins are dented but my concern is that some of the paint finish chipped away leaving some of the copper material exposed. Should I be concerned about oxidation?

Nope. It may well oxidise, but it's not something you should worry about.

Remembering way back to school chemistry lessons, rust (iron oxide) is a problem because it flakes off, exposing the metal underneath to more rusting. Copper oxide sticks to the copper, forming a protective layer against further oxidisation.
