how keep volts low

hi i have a fx 8350 with asrock extreme 9 mobo my problem is that volts increase on its own like i have my volts set 2 1.35 votls at stock speeds of 4.2ghz but it would increase 2 1.42 volts when playing games like bf3 and gw2 how do i keep it at 1.35volts

do you have LLC enabled?

I have an FX-8320 @ 4.2 and ive enabled the LLC and set vcore to 1.3375 ( or something close to that ) to bios and my cpu idles @ 1.372-1.38 and on load 1.39xx - rarely 1.402
