Here's a HD 7750 from Flipkart . Although its a little over budget , it's worth it. You could play BF3 on high settings and get 30+ FPS on BF3

But if you really can't stretch your budget , get the cheaper one between the GT 640 and HD 6670. They're both very similar and their performance differ in different games.

Motherboard:Intel g33/g31 chipset
Intel core 2 duo E4500 2.20 ghz
3gb ram

Please suggest me best graphic card under 7000 and mention the games it would run

The GT 640 is in the same league as the 6670 (GDDR5)

Both should run games fairly well at 720p with medium to high settings

Games like Crysis 3 at that resolution... low to medium

gt 640 1gb vs hd 6670 which will you choose for gaming?
and can both run fifa 14 crysis 2 bioshock infinite hitman 4 and witcher 2

I would chose the 6670 DDR5, it would run those games at 720, yes

The HD 6670 can run those games , but at low - medium settings. The HD 6670 and GT 640 are very similar , but their performance differ from different games. So i would just choose the cheaper one , which is the HD 6670.

The games you have stated are quite graphically intensive games other than FIFA , so don't expect the most out of the HD 6670. Do remember to get the 1GB GDDR5 version like @rolandzhang said.

You're not gonna find a card at that price to max those games mate, that would cost you at least 15k or so
