Help on Budget gaming pc for LoL

When it comes to building computers I'm at a lost, so I looked around the forums and built a computer but I'm not sure if it will run League smoothly.

That build will run LoL smoothly, but I would get another 4 GB of RAM to ensure you don't go onto the page file often.

Dual Channel helps performance, so two 4 GB RAM sticks will do you good.

Steelseries for mouse + keyboard - I have a pro-player friend that uses them and never has any issues
Monitors - Samsung, HP / Compaq, Dell or LG should be good, just make sure its highly rated.
