videocardbenchmark.net theres an easy all-in-one look at what's better than what.
a 560ti is not much (if any) better than the 650. not enough to warrant the cost anyway.
save up and get into the 200-250 range if you really want to see a difference

Were you looking at the wrong benchmarks ? I don't remember the GTX 560 ti being at that level. More like GTX 550 ti = GTX 650 / HD 7750

Are you sure? This http://www.anandtech.com/bench/product/858?vs=781 shows the 560Ti being faster that the 650Ti which itself is faster than the 650.

Here's a GTX 660 2GB. It's slightly over budget but you would also get Batman Arkham origins for free
