Can someone please tell me which laptop is better I know it's not good for gaming but thats not my question oke
Laptop 1: intel i7 3537U 2,0 GHz and a nvidia gt720m 2gb 4gb ram

laptop 2: intel i3 3217U 1,8 GHz and gt640m 1gb 6gb ram

I want to play arma 3, arma 2, DayZ so which one is better?

Laptop 1: intel i7 3537U 2,0 GHz and a nvidia gt720m 2gb 4gb ram is a notebook and laptop 2: intel i3 3217U 1,8 GHz and gt640m 1gb 6gb ram is a ultrabook

Somewhere below in Can I Run It section u will find u can't run Arma III on 720M.
As for the CPU, the i3 should be capable of running it. Same thing again:

As i said before laptop 2 is better.

Also can u link to these laptops. I'm guessing u are comparing these two because they might have almost the same price.
Also portability,battery,feature set,etc are important while considering laptop.
