What temperature is normal for the q6600 cpu?

Hello

I have a Dell XPS 420 which has the q6600 cpu inside. I have it oc'ed to 2.9ghz. The average core temperature for the cpu is between 38 degrees to 42 degrees just sitting idle.

Is this ok?
