Hi I just bought a NEW raptor K30 keyboard, and when I plug it in the caps, scroll and num lock flash and only half the keys work. and the backlight key doesn't work the macro recored doeskin either and neither does the arrow keys THE ONLY keys that work are qwert[]asdfghjkl;'#z\xcvbnm,./ (space crtl right windows shift)

you can try another if you wish or just pick a different product.

at a bare minimum all keys minus any special macro or entertainment keys would work fine. macro and other keys may require software.

sounds like you have a keyboard with a broken wire, circuits or some other problem. perhaps damaged in transport if you bought it online.
