Greetings Tom's Hardware, I am currently planning a small project and I require the good, knowledgeable people of the internet to help me.
I own an Acer AX3960 desktop PC and I am not content with how it runs at the moment. Performance is fine, however there is a clear cooling issue due to the small size of the case. I would like to move the components within the small case I own to a significantly larger case (Possibly an ATX case) for better ventilation and more space to perhaps add components in the future.
However, I have encountered a problem. When shopping for a new case I found that I did not know what size/ form factor my motherboard and became confused as to what case I should buy to fit the motherboard. Please excuse my ignorance to the field of PC building as I am new to it. Anyway, I have searched the internet for many hours and cannot find a simple guide to inform me what size motherboard I have.
Do any of you know what size motherboard I have or do you know how to find out?
You can find a picture of my motherboard here: http://imgur.com/NYJSHEN
Thank-you for reading,
- Mark
