Which RAM is better?

Solution
Why not? 1.5 is for a HAaswell running stock 1600 sticks, I've got 32GB of 2666 in my Haswell build, it's perfectly safe - have over 30+ Haswell builds and haven't used under 2133 on any but 2 - those were both 1866, and basically all sticks 2133 and up are 1.6 -1.65....I've also got 32GB 2400 in my IB 1.65, and same amount 2133 1.65 on my SB build - if it wasn't acceptable no one would even make these high freq sticks

The Ram timings are slightly better on the second sticks thats why its slightly more expensive. Under benchmark tests the second set of ram will perform marginally better but in the real word the will perform the same.
