Fresh install, reboot select error.

I purchased aToshiba 256gig solid-state hard drive. After completely formatting the disk I tried to install windows 8, The disc did not install I now have the reboot and select error. Help

i used MiniTool Partition wizard instead of windows(i then went back and used windows proprietary software) to no avail. i formated the drive in ntfs and i formated it to be one whole partition. after doing this i tried to install and i get the error message

i completely wiped it last night using windows proprietary software, i then tried to boot from dvd and got an issue with missing drivers, which idk anything about
