Choosing the right PSU for a GTX 760?

Hello, I recently purchased an EVGA GTX 760 (the 250$ variant). It's all part of a computer I'm building. Next thing I'm looking to buy is a power supply; my question is this: I found a 600Watt Thermaltake supply that has the right connectors I need for all my components, however after further research I found it was bad for cable management and not the go-to company for PSU's.

After some more research I decided on this. http://www.microcenter.com/product/406089/CX_Series_CX750M_750_Watt_ATX_Modular_Power_Supply
Is this a good enough power supply? It's modular, which is good. It's apparently a trusted brand but I'd like a second opinion or 2 and I know that this site is good for these kinds of questions. Just before anyone asks/recommends a PSU for it; No, I am not going to SLI my card, or OC past factory settings.

If you need the rest of the specs I'm throwing in I'll link them below (Also, just an overall compatibility review of these would be nice. I'm set in stone on the CPU, and GPU, but I'm open to suggestions on my Motherboard, RAM, HDD, PSU, and case. All my peripherals I have handy in my house, as well as Windows 7.

As it says on the page, 500W is more than enough, though i would recommend not going for a CX PSU if the rig is for gaming, which apparently it is.

I would recommend this PSU

OCZ ZT 650W Fully Modular Power Supply
http://www.microcenter.com/product/377235/ZT_Series_650_Watt_Modular_ATX_Power_Supply

It comes cheaper, is fully modular and has a certified review and brand. And don't worry about the wattage, as you will be easily doing good.

Here's the review in case you want to read it yourself.

Forgive my ignorance in this question if it seems so, but I need at least 2 6-pin connectors and 1 8-pin connector. I'm not very familiar with modular PSU's so I don't exactly know what to get. The card came with 2 converter-esque cables. One takes 2 molex into a 6-pin, the other turns 2 6-pins into an 8-pin. Will those work?

Thanks for your help.
