Currently looking at R9 280x, but I don't know what brand has the best cooler and lowest noise.

MSI R9 280X Gaming 3G (2.101DKK = 384,95USD)

Gigabyte GV-R928XOC-3GD (2.190DKK = 401,25USD)

Sapphire VAPOR-X R9 280X OC (2.241DKK =410,60USD)

Sapphire TOXIC R9 280X (2.399DKK = 439,55USD)

Any other recommendations?

The Sapphire Toxic R9 280x would be the best since it has the highest base clock speed, plus its by sapphire which are amazing at making radon cards!

Hm, it takes 2 x 8 PIN connectors. Would a Corsair TX650M — 80 PLUS be enough? Sapphire website says 750W minimum. But I've been reading on Guru3D it takes ~550W for R9 280x and ~750W for Crossfire R9 280x.

i5 2500k at 4Ghz and I haven't changed voltages. And why do you recommend the Asus Matrix r9 280x, it's quite expensive here in Denmark.. It's 2.717DKK = 497,81USD

How much power does is consume? Will a Corsair TX650W be enough? It's a 7970Ghz rebranded afaik and AMD website says minimun 500W or so..
