Hey everyone,
I finally found an r9 280x Asus DCUII TOP card in stock at NCIX, and purchased it a few days ago, just waiting for it to arrive. However I was just browsing the Asus site today and noticed they already have a DCUII TOP V2 card listed, which kind of looks like the Matrix card with a 3 slot cooler. Canada computers is selling the V2 right now for the same price as I paid for the regular DCUII card from NCIX. I can't seem to find any information on the V2 card, and was just wondering what the major difference is, besides the triple slot cooler? I went with the regular DCII over the matrix card because it was a double slot, and would be easier to crossfire in the future, but now I'm curious about the V2 card. Does anyone have any info on it? Would it be worth returning the regular DCUII and picking up a V2 card from my local Canada Computers? Any input is welcome.
Thanks!
