It is pretty hard to do anything without a price range, if you could tell me your price range I could help you better.

I made this for you. http://pcpartpicker.com/p/1RHof It comes in at 650, I'm sorry but I couldn't cut 50 dollars more from that build. Do you need a Operating System, Monitor ect... Also if neccessary I could try to cut 50 for you. Imma sleepish now so if you respond I probably will respond because I don't like sleeping. Just respond fo help

That would do the thing for you, It has 8 gigs of ram and minecraft while recording with shaders will probably max out at 5gigs of usage. You have a 1tb hdd for recording onto. And the video card will have no problem picking up 60 frames plus while recording minecraft with shaders. I don't know too much about using the shaders but I do know the requirements and they would be fine. You could also record games like bf3 and play bf4 and well have run with that computer. If you do not have any more questions or need help please select my post as the answer. If you do need help I will gladly help you out.

Uh... With Windows 7 your computer would be a bit more expensive. Also make sure you have someone who knows what to do with you when you build your first computer.
