MSI Z87 MPOWER MAX Lga 1150
G.Skill Ares Series 32GB (4X8GB) 1866
i7-4770K
2 2tb samsung HDD (Internal)
1 1tb Samsung HDD (Internal)
1 3tb Western Digital HDD (Internal)
1 4tb Seagate HDD (Internal)

1 Crucial M4 SSD 256
650watt Power supply
1 External 3TB WD hard drive

I noticed that 2 of the ports on the motherboard are not working. I am trying to plug in my 4tb drive and the 2 that are now open are not working and I even checked my storage management in explorer. I am beginning to think it is my power supply but when I plug in any of the external drives they do work. Please help, thanks

Welcome to MSI, may be failed ports, this seems to happen quite often with thieir mobos, SATA, USB, ethernet ports, etc, BIG reason I won't touch them for builds...might check and make sure you have the latest BIOS and drivers, hopefully that's the problem.
