Which graphics card would you choose for this board & cpu?

I want to add a 2 DVI port graphics card to these: MSI Z77A-GD80, Intel Core i5-3570K, Ballistix Sport 8GB DDR3. I want to spend about $100 - $130, and be able to run games at good (not top) settings. I also want to experiment with overclocking.

The 2 I'm looking at (on Newegg) right now are:
MSI N650-1GD5/OC GeForce GTX 650 1GB 128-bit GDDR5 PCI Express 3.0 x16 HDCP Ready

EVGA 01G-P4-3650-KR GeForce GTX 650 Ti 1GB 128-bit GDDR5 PCI Express 3.0 x16 HDCP Ready

The MSI can be overclocked, the EVGA has NVIDIA's Kepler GPU - I don't know which is preferable.

Any other suggestions of graphics cards I should consider?

I suggest you spend another $20 and get this.

It is a bit more powerful than both the Nvidia cards you listed, as well as the last generation AMD ones. Plus it has 2GB of VRam instead of 1GB like the Nvidia cards.
