System Interrupts high cpu usage?

Hey guys. Recently I have been getting high cpu usage while idle. I did the usual like checking task mgr and all that. After fiddling around I was able to get to the resource monitor. While in the resource monitor system interrupts was taking like 50%-100% of my cpu. Frustrated as I was I did a clean install of win7. The made things a little bit better but System Interrupts still jumped slowly and slowly upward. So one minute It would use 2% of the cpu and the next it would be using 6%. After 6% it kept going upward to 7% and so on. Its only a matter of time before System Interrupts getting back up to 100% or so. I did find a fix sort of. If I go into device mgr and disable my wifi card (asus n-15) System Interrupts goes down immediately and stays there. If I enable my card System Interrupts goes back up again slowly. Now that I found the problem of my high cpu usage how do I get rid of it? Will getting a new wifi card fix the issue? I am not able to get a wired connection at the moment no matter what. TIA!
