Hello everyone. Okay, so here's the deal; I'm upgrading my Desktop PC,And this what I have so far:
ASUS M5A78L-M/USB3 AM3+ AMD 760G USB 3.0 HDMI uATX AMD Motherboard
GTX 650
Rosewill Stallion Series RD700 700W

Now I just need to know what CPU I should get...
I'm able to spend up to, but not strictly limited to: $70

I will be running Crossfire with two GTX 650's. And I currently have a Core-I3 processor.
I'm thinking I should just stick with my current processor *I3*. I just want to avoid BottleNecks.
P.S. I realize that the PSU is a bit "OP" for my planned setup. Again, I'm just trying to avoid BottleNecks as effectively as possible...

Solution
Why do you feel like you would need two 660tis? One 660ti dominates 1080p with ease.

If you were to ever actually NEED two 660tis, your i3 would probably not be enough anymore.

Do you have those parts already or going to buy them? Because;

1. That motherboard will not accept an Intel processor
2. It also cannot accept more than 1 graphics card
3. The GTX 650 cannot be used in SLI

What is your current i3 processor? It might still be good enough to get an Intel board and save on cost.
And you should get a better graphics card.

I'd always recommend an AMD to anyone on a budget. AMD's Athlon 750k is a nice quad core for a super low $80. It requires a different socket than the one on your current motherboard. I'm a little confused though because an intel cpu wont fit on the board you listed. I think you need to look over your parts because all of these aren't compatible with each other/ what you want to build.

This is why I come here for help!
Thank you for pointing out incompatibility issues, because I would have unknowingly wasted my money.
In lieu of the situation, I have decided to keep my current CPU and MOBO, and upgrade the GPU to a 660 TI. *which I will later run in SLI*
Does this sound like a good plan?
*Never again will I buy without first consulting an expert*
Also, does the Gigabyte B75M-D3H support two GPU's?

It does not support SLI, meaning you can't run 2 Nvidia cards in it.

It does support Crossfire, though, so you could instead pick AMD GPU and pair it later with another AMD GPU instead of 660 Ti.
